Generating Meaningfulness, Abundance and Joy I am an occupational therapist and life coach with 10 years' experience, based in South East London, specialising in mental health and paediatrics.

• Improving fine motor skills, so they can develop good handwriting or computer skills
• Developing balance, movement and coordination (e.g., ride a bike or scooter)
• Supporting attention and concentration so that they can focus in class
• Improving planning and organisational skills (e.g., manage homework)
• Learning positive behaviours and social skills by practicing how they manage frustration and anger

• Lecturer for Occupational Therapy at the Hogeschool Zuyd (The Netherlands) and Academy of Health Professions Wuppertal (Germany)
